Optimising employee benefits to suit global conditions

Within the SUDVERS GROUP it is the employees of Profion GmbH who specialise in employee benefits as part of our international programme.

We support companies based in Germany that operate worldwide as they enter new markets and are looking to find the right employee benefit strategy. Existing employee benefit schemes at foreign subsidiaries are recorded using our Profion InterVEx analysis program, then their cost reduction potential and liability risks are examined and adapted to suit market conditions.

We work directly with foreign parent companies to draw up benefit systems for employees in German branch offices. These then fit in with the global remuneration strategy and conform to both national and international requirements concerning benefit and financing philosophies.
